ESH Pharma GmbH is being built as a Germany-based pharmaceutical company. We are committed to applicable pharmaceutical law, good distribution practice (GDP), and—where relevant—EU Good Manufacturing Practice (EU GMP) requirements for our activities.

Regulatory status

Authorisations, licences, and GMP certificates are obtained or maintained only as required for the specific activities we conduct. Details will be published on this website when available and appropriate.

Quality and pharmacovigilance

For quality complaints or suspected quality defects related to medicinal products distributed by us, please use the contact address info@eshpharma.de and mark your message clearly as a quality or pharmacovigilance matter. A dedicated pharmacovigilance contact will be published when operations require it.

Anti-corruption and fair competition

We comply with applicable anti-corruption laws and fair competition rules. Business partners are selected transparently and in line with pharmaceutical compliance expectations.
